Easy to find and near the movie theater. Fast sevice and a good breakfast anytime. The diner was open late on Thursday night before our movie so we grabbed a meal. We would go there again.
Really friendly staff made it a great time. Even for our fourteen person large party everything was accurate, fast, and delicious. Tapioca pudding was da bomb
Service is great. Got our food fast. Price is reasonable.
Always good and very reasonably priced. They are truly a diner with a large menu. They do what they do well. Fresh tasty food served by a great waitstaff. The old owner is back again so red lion is back to its great roots
Good food. Fast service, waitress smiled and was polite.
We go there on Thursdays mainly for their split pea soup that is so delicious. I also enjoy their deviled clams, which are prepared exactly how I had them when I was a youngster. Overall the food is your average diner food.
Good inexpensive comfort food ,that'll make you come back every chance you get...breakfast item must have is their ham steak that is a generous size, ask for onions on their home fries. When you ask for coffee. They'll give you a pot on your table...haha, saves them from walking back and forth for a refill I guess. Good selection of baked on premises pies. Service is attentive and friendly despite feeling rushed at times.
Great place to get breakfast any time of the day. Breakfast portions are huge and good quality
Certainly at the top of my breakfast list. Service is always good and meals are served in a timely manner. Food is as good as any in the area and you won't leave hungry. On weekends there is often a line at the door between 9-11 am. I can't speak for other meals but I strongly suggest a breakfast stop if your in the area.
My friends and I love the hell out of this place. It is the perfect diner for when you just saw a movie and want to talk about how good or bad it was while enjoying excellent food. The service is always snappy and often fun. Their food may be average, but it suits us perfectly everytime.
Portions were huge. staff was helpful and nice. good pastries. If you ate in the area it's a good stop. The menu is HUGE.
Tonight was a visit to old faithful "The Red Lion Diner". Always good food, gracious host and hostess Teta and Gus. Our server Angie couldn't be nicer. Soup, salad, and dessert with the chef's specials. I had the Italian trio. Stuffed shells, manicotti, and sauteed veal. Absolutely delicious. Fresh bread including a to die for cinnamon to add enjoyment to the feast. Mary Ann chose the broiled scallops with the candied carrots and real mashed potatoes. The soups were chicken and noodles or cream of mushroom. We both had the mushroom soup. Real mushrooms and vegetables in a not to thick broth. For dessert we splurged and shared a piece of plain cheese cake. Let me tell you that it was better than what I always thought was THE best cheese cake. And that was at the old Country Club diner. If in the Horsham area conveniently located at 611 and County Line Road give it a try. You will not leave hungry or disappointed. Reasonably priced.
French onion soup is a f'ing cheese bomb. Awesome!! Waitstaff is unfailingly nice and helpful. Everything else is fairly standard American diner. Good value for price.
The line was so long - but the wait was quicker than expected. I take breakfast very seriously and was very impressed with the quality and service. Our waitress had a broken toe and she was still a better waitress than I have experienced at other locations. The bacon was crisp and tasty and my eggs were made to perfection. I would def. come here again.
The red lion diner, possibly the best in the area? This place gets all stars from me.
Food: Since this is a family establishment there is a lot of pride and love that goes into the food... The diner is like a member of the family in itself! With a vast menu and quality ingredients you really wont be let down. I don't remember a time I ever left hungry either, as the portion size is spot on for diner meals. Also, everything Ive had has been delicious. You know that "home cooking" kind of tasty that is so rare these days? You get that here............and try the gyros - FANTASTIC!
Service: Quick service! The food comes out fast, hot and delicious - never sits around due to slow servers. Whenever I go there I get treated like I'm family....... It's almost like I AM family or something.....crazy.....anyway, this is a great place to come and feel at home.
Price: The price is spot on and they really feed you, which is great. You get more than you pay for especially when you factor in the food quality and friendly atmosphere.
Overall I highly recommend this place, I love the food but especially the people working there! Go soon and bring the whole family, you wont be disappointed!!
Fantastic Breakfast! Portions are huge and the food is great. Prices are more than reasonable. I haven't had a bad meal there ever. There is a waitress there called Melisa. I call her "Sweet Melisa." She is great and probably the shortest girl in the place.
Whether you're ordering breakfast, lunch, or dinner (with the exception of the seafood dishes, but who goes to a diner for seafood anyway?) you're guaranteed a huge, delicious meal. Personally, I love the omelets. When they say 3 eggs, they really mean more like 4-5 with a huge helping of potatoes and toast, or their delicious pancakes. The best part? It's so cheap! They still have $2 and $4 breakfast specials if you get there early enough. All in all, Red Lion offers some of the best, and least expensive, breakfasts around.
Gotta love going here for breakfast at all times of the day. I typicaly go a few times and month and I enjoy it every time. I get breakfast with a Belgian Waffle, smothered in strawberries!
Yum Yum Yum.
I have partaken in some of their sandwich varietys as well and did not come away dissapointed. Heavily reccomend this place, and they are usually hopping at all hours. And it's only a few minutes from home!
We stumbled upon this place one time after leaving the theater across the street and none of the other places were open.
The place is pretty standard for your average fare.
But, the portions are huge.
And the staff are super friendly.
We're definitely coming back here again when we are in the area.
Great diner they just turned it into a BYOB I recommend the sourdough veggie burger with onions and Swiss it's a little tweaked off the menu but they will do that for you Service is always wonderful salad bar is small but it is fresh
I've heard that the Red Lion Diner is a top name on the Norther Montgomery County Diner Circuit. I'm not sure why. It was pretty good, but I don't love the layout inside - feels too closed in -- you almost forget youre on the side of an ugly busy road. Food was okay, service was okay. I'd come back, but not my top diner. There's a bunch better and close right over the county line border!
Great home cooked food. Huge portions. What a diner should be in the Philly area, and it can't be found anywhere else.
I've always gone here with friends for the breakfast special which offers good food in high quantities and a low price. I had lunch here recently and ordered the chicken salad special. Great meal!! Included were: soup, French fries, a huge sandwich and choice of dessert ... plus a drink, The price was $6.99 if remember right. Had to take home half of the sandwich and the dessert... Fantastic value. The only negative is the parking availability especially at breakfast time.. DO check this place out !!
Great food here every time I go here, we've been going here as long as I can remember. Big portions for the money. I highly recommend the veal manny and the chicken salad club, also you can't go wrong with there breakfast. The wait staff is great too!
Awesome menu, delicious food! We don't go here much, but when we do, we are never disappointed, as the service is excellent, wait staff are very plesant, there is a huge choice on the menu, and everything I've had so far was very good and presented well, and the desserts are beautifully displayed along with the many pastries they have. I don't think anyone could be disappointed here.
driving back from atlantic city I decided to run 611 back to Lackawanna county....the best decision I ever made.....this place has all the bells & whistles.....had the assorted seafood platter & I can tell you it could have come out in a wheel barrel..... a lovely older german lady sat next to us & ordered the same thing!!!!! she looked at us and said that she takes most of it home & she eats it all week long!!!!!! had the blueberry pie & strawberry short cake.......deserts will knock your socks off!!!!!! "OPA" red lion.....
My family and I have been going here for years, mostly for dinner on weekends. The service is always fast and friendly. We love Angie as our server! The food gives you a very homemade feel. Homemade pastries and soups are so good. Love the cheesecake!
We love the beef veggie soup on Mondays! And we also love Shirley! She is the nicest, sweetest women and always give wonderful customer service!
This Diner was recommended by a
GOOD FRIEND...I was not disappointed ,
I walked in, and sat down at the counter and was met by my waiter...Pete, young and enthusiastic about the menu...he offered his expertise on the breakfast choices, and he wasn't wrong...I had the breakfast special #7, it brought out to me quick , and hot. GOOD FOOD ...GREAT SERVICE
CASHIER WAS VERY PLEASANT ....
I would definitely stop in again
They have quite an assortment of pastries
I understand they bake on the premises
Stop in and see PETE, he will take great care of you!
Went here for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon, the service was friendly and the food was good.
Having a real appreciation for diners, I was hoping this was a good one - it is.
We asked our server "what's good here" and she was right - the pancakes are outa sight, the burgers (what I had) are made from meat they grind and mix! The portions are BIG, which is nice to see.
I will go back again when I'm over this way. Only thing that could have made it better is if our server was a little more attentive, we waited around a little bit.. But overall a pleasant experience, certtainly no complaints about the food!
Very friendly and sweet staff!! The menu and huge, and the food was delicious!! I loved my bacon, egg and cheese.
Overall very cheap, even for diner standards. Which is good because I didn't plan on spending more then $20 on two people!!
Definitely recommend and will be back
We ate here on the way to a weekend at Lawn Wood Gardens. We are eating on the way back! Next day of course!
Huge portions. Fabulous flavors friendly staff. Clean. Gigantic menu.
I had Flounder Oscar. I couldn't believe the crab pieces. The gyros were great. Even the tuna sandwich was great. Can't beat the prices and sure to have left overs.
Number of stars is based on my experiences with other diner type restaurants, not all restaurants.
Friendly staff, high quality food for low prices. Burgers, wraps, fries and soups all tasty. All deserts looked good on the display but I visited for lunch.
I have eaten at this diner several times. and the food is always consistently good. The portions are big and I have never had a bad meal yet. Also the wait staff is excellent and there is a waitress there named Shirley who is always very nice and never gets my order wrong. Would recommend to a friend. Try the veal marsala its excellent.
Red Lion Diner was the only place open late during an ice storm for exhausted volleyball players + mom craving chicken tenders. Our server Shirley is a doll!!! She is so sweet, funny, and helpful! The food was really yummy, lots of options, large portions, and a range of prices. Would recommend the chocolate milkshake, chicken broth with creamy shells, greek gyro, and belgium waffles with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. Yay for diners!
As far as diner food this place is a hit.
Always crowded with the 5 o'clock crowd.
And they really know a value.
Great soups great specials
I have been going to this diner for many years. A group of friends and I go there every sat night. Lisa is usually our waitress. We can have from 5 to 20 people and Lisa is amazing. She knows what we want to drink right away and gives us all separate checks. The food is great as well!
I came here with my man friend for breakfast yesterday morning and it was very good! There was a little wait for our table, but that's to be expected on a Sunday morning. Our waitress was lovely and attentive. I ordered chocolate chip pancakes which were very good. They are quite large so three is more than enough. No need to go full stack! I also got a side of Canadian bacon which was some of the best I've ever had, not stringy and gross like it can be. My friend had an omelet which he was happy with as well. My favorite thing about breakfast at Red Lion is that they leave a carafe of coffee at your table, so there's no need to stalk the waitress every time you're running low. Red Lion was a solid spot for breakfast and I'm sure I'll be back!
Visiting from California, and my family brought us to this gem. The food is great here and you will not leave hungry. Our waitress, Shirley, was awesome. Great attitude and was great with kids.
Great people, food, and location. Must have their cheese cake. They need to bring the business to Arlington Texas, some of their help would love to come with them.
The food is very good and reasonable. Was there recently and was waited on by Chrissie, she was great. A great place to stop on way to the shore.
Great specials, solid food, always filled with people. It's a diner so it's comfort food and a lot of it! The staff is very nice and they hustle their asses off to make people happy.
I almost feel like rating a diner is pointless because.. Well, it's a diner. They're a dime a dozen and all the same. Club sandwiches, chicken croquettes, questionable seafood dishes, pancakes and eggs..
Red Lion Diner is one of the tastier diners I've eaten at. Never found a hair in my food, like I did at Eagle. Not too salty, like at Lancers. They pack a crowd on weekends and parking can get shifty thanks to the bank and Wawa. Not a bad diner though, as far as diners go..
Great food. Great service. Wonderful diner. I've been going there for years and will continue. Love this place
Best value in the area. Food is classic Greek diner and the portions are massive. Dinner specials can't be beat for everything you get and if you are there for the early bird, it's a steal.
Love Red Lion. My go to breakfast diner! Sometimes the service can be a bit on the slow side if you come when they are really busy but it's worth the wait. Bathrooms are clean most of the time and most of the waitstaff is super friendly and helpful. Love the owners there. Overall a very nice place to eat.
Red lion is a fantastic diner. The atmosphere and the service is always friendly. The food is typical diner food, and as I'm looking at previous reviews I notice people are expecting a 5 star restaurant. Sadly, this is not that it's a diner! Breakfast and lunch are always delicious and hot. The staff couldn't be more friendly if they tried. Overall love this place.
I look forward to coming here some mornings, great little diner. The guy at the register is awesome. A tip though to the lady who brings you to your table in the morning (1/17) - a smile doesn't hurt, it's honestly half of your job.
I love this diner. The owner Gus and his staff go out of their way to make sure you have an enjoyable meal. The food is great and you get served quickly. I like mingling with some of the locals, many who I went to school with or just knew from the area. It's clean and well lit. I have eaten lunch and breakfast their often. It's my hang out before going to work. I get a hot breakfast and get a chance to unwind before going to work.
Just recently I ordered take out. It was nice and ready by the time I got to diner. Gus the owner made sure the order was correct.
Thanks guys! I will be back.
so yummy! but beware of the HUGE portions. I highly recommend taking a loaf of their cinnamon bread!
Excellent food and service! Coffee is great lot of food! Definitely a place to visit. Wait time was easy and seated right away. Waitress was awesome thank you for a pleasant dinning experience. :)
Low prices, large portions, tasty food. Why not? This was my first time with a close friend and she is a regular attendee and informed me this is her "go to". Whenever I'm up in Horsham, I am going back! Total for two people was $18 which could've easily been way higher elsewhere. The staff was friendly and I look forward to my return.
I don't miss stop at red line diner every time I am the area, I like their friendly service it make me feel at home. The new owner has taken over and have come up with new daily specials as well as discounts. I like their easy and open parking lot as well.
Mostly I enjoy breakfast here but once a while lunch and diner as well. Their dishes are tasty and I can see some locally sourced freshness. The new owner is trying to get fresh items from the local farmers which is great. I had a chance to meet the new owner, he had lots of challenges when he took over but he has plugged in with the local community well and is always ready to listen and resolve any customer issues. I love their steaks the most, I like it well done and I get what I ask for. Thank everyone at Red Lion Diner for continues delivery of enjoyable meals.
Went here and ordered the French Toast with bacon. I received a nice sized portion of bacon. Frenchtoast was nice and fluffy. I also had the oreo cheesecake which was fantastic.
Our waitress Amy was super sweet and very fast and attentive.
Will go here again
Went here for lunch today and we thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband had a patty melt and I had the chicken croquettes and they were good. I had a chef's special and the portions were nice for lunch. There were 2 nice sized croquettes. We were seated as soon as we went in and the waitress came over shortly thereafter. Food didn't take that long either. Our waitress was very nice. Prices were good too.
Came here for my birthday breakfast, the food was great ,portions were enough for 2. I had a western omelette with toast and it was very good. My sister had the stuffed french toast meal with fruit on top that was amazing no syrup needed for them bad boys..yummmm...so my mom told our waitress is was my bday and they surprised me with cake and sang happy birthday, the waitress was very sweet!!! Will def be going again thx
Went here a few times recently and the service has varied. Apparently it's under new ownership now. But I haven't gone too often before because it was just way too packed. So this isn't going to be a comparison review.
The recent times I went were all in the span of 3 months. It was overcrowded the first few times, and service did suffer a bit (server had me repeat my orders multiple times, ordered fries with gravy on the side and got it on top instead, slow coffee refills, very long wait time for food). But I'm going to write those off as transition pains. The food was consistently good each time. The corned beef was good to me (though I've heard other patrons openly complain it's not like it used to be), which is my go-to. Unfortunately, they have "ran out" 2 out of the last 4 times I've been there. And I'm going at 9:30am.
Anyways, the portions are hefty for the low price. The weekday specials (see picture) are a great deal, and include coffee! I can't imagine how much lower the price could've been, but I see other reviews citing raised prices. $6 for corned beef, eggs, coffee, bagel? What more do you want, people?
And overall, the servers are very kind. They aren't perfect in their craft or are just getting used to a new boss, but they are all positive and energetic. Someone is even coming around asking how our meal is.
I challenge those to give this place another try. They just needed time to get their own rhythm down and it seems like they are genuinely striving to do so.
Try the corned beef!
By my grandmoms recommendation while I was visiting her. I read the reviews while we were waiting to be served and was hesitant but as always, Grandmom knows best. I love feeling like I got a home cooked meal but eating out. So inexpensive too!
Gus is back people!! My husband and I came here on a Wednesday night for their dinner special. Which is still awesome! Soda-salad-entree-dessert ~$12
You can't beat the price! And our waitress SHIRLEY was the nicest waitress I have ever met. She took the time to take our order and wrote everything down on her note pad so she wouldn't forget our special order. Of course I was difficult and wanted my dressing on the side with no croutons lol ( sorry shirley if I was difficult lol) but she made sure everything came out perfect.
I ordered the goulash over noodles and my husband loves the chicken croquettes with mash potatoes and french fries. Everything came out hot and very tasty.
The cinnamon swirl bread is coming back too! Which I can't wait for! The soup was super hot which soup should be and Shirley made sure to tell us it was hot so we didn't burn ourselves. Entree was awesome- the goulash was a little salty for me but it is okay I still ate half of it and having the rest for lunch tomorrow.
Overall this place is coming back together and all the servers were super nice and Shirley is awesome!
I came here with my wife on a Wednesday night and it was pretty empty. But when we walked in we were happy to see Gus. We heard a few months ago he was not coming back but now we are super happy to see him back. We were seated immediately and greeted by Shirley.
Shirley was a great waitress. She made sure to repeat our order back to us and when the food came out she made sure everything came out correctly. I always order the chicken croquettes and they always turn out great. I order the dinner special and it comes with soup salad soda and an entree for about $12. You really can't beat the price, I always save half for my lunch.
Overall great service and glad that Gus is back.
It's true Gus is back! Had breakfast there on Saturday still not crowded like before but if we spread the word Gus is back so will be the RED LION!
We have always LOVED this place....until Gus left. Gus is THE MAN!! We had almost stopped coming here completely after he left. Food went down hill, service was terrible, no good. Now that he is back, it's back to our old favorite place that it has always been....great service, large portions, good menu selection, friendly welcome as soon as you enter. Everything you get here is great. Thank God Gus is back!
This was always my families "go to" for weekend dinners, until ownership changed and everything went downhill. It was sad to see - we loved this diner and it had become a family tradition. I still give them 4 stars, seeing that Gus has come back, I am sure we will be returning customers!!
RED Lion Diner has long been excellent. It was run by Gus and his family---excellent people , with an excellent staff. Top notch food at a fair price.
Maybe a year ago, Gus and his family sold the diner to an arab family---Pakistanis, I believe---who ran the place into the ground. Suppliers weren't getting paid---even the trash hauler, and things were a mess Parking lot empty Customers were going elsewhere. Somehow, very wisely, Gus returned a few months ago,, and he has turned things around. Suppliers getting paid, and staff were getting treated right.
The NEW Pakistani OWNERS HAD A LOT TO LEARN, AND Gus WILL HOPEFULLY SET THINGS RIGHT---doing it to protect the fine name that his family built.
WE WERE THERE about a week ago, and things were great. Breads and baking tops, again. Food and service top notch.. Everything clean, as it always was----Gus brought it back.
I had a Greek salad with broiled salmon---Tops. My wife had a tuna wrap---Tops.
May G-d bless te Red Lion Diner, and may it continue to be as good as ever. Even the kitchen help and servers have turned around.
The Red Lion is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast. They have breakfast specials from 5:30-11:00 AM during weekdays. I have gotten lunch and dinner before, and the portions are always large and the prices are reasonable.
Today I went for breakfast, and ordered an omelette w($6.25), which was cooked perfectly, and the home fries had a nice char on them. The rye bread was good as well. All of the breakfast specials come with coffee. The atmosphere is interesting because it is on the intersection of 2 busy roads and is across from the airbase. So I always enjoy eating while watching the cars pass.
Very surprised that a suburban diner so close to Philadelphia can offer so much for so little. We were a party of 9. They had a table waiting for us. Service was excellent. They kept bringing us additional carafes of regular and decaf coffee. While the food was above average, the bill came out to $59 and change. What a bargain.
This diner is pretty good. I went here with my family on Father's Day, it wasn't too busy on a big holiday like this one. I would recommend the Canadian bacon, and the two eggs omelet. If you get any of the eggs than you get to choose which way to get it, you might choose scrambled eggs, or over medium eggs. The omelets are FANTASTIC too! The part that wasn't too good was the bacon, it wasn't crispy! There are VERY friendly staff members. They said that we would have a 20 minute wait, but we only had around a 10 minute wait, which was great! I hope that you know how I think this restaurant is.
Apparently the day I last went to the Red Lion was close to its nadir, as later in October 2017, the new owner of the Red Lion kicked out who was running the place and brought the old team back. Recently went back and the food is back where it's supposed to be. Food is hot, fresh, and tasty instead of cold, stale, and disgusting. I'll be putting the Red Lion back into my regular restaurant rotation.
The original owners, Gus and George are back. The are the old new owners. The food is wonderful. The service is great. You need to try it again. 30 years of diner experience can't be wrong. Ask for the old chicken fingers.
Went today after a long time due to the switch in ownership and they are back! Best breakfast in town and so excited to continue to go back.
This may not be a Millennial or Yuppie crowd, or a place where you pay $25 for a tiny salad, or a fancy high end "need to be seen" type place, but sometimes you just need a place where you can get comfort foods at it's best! This def hits the spot for that. Menu is large which has always been a concern of mine. It makes me wonder how fresh some of the choices would be. And yet, our party of 12 ordered a variety of things and everything was served hot, fresh, delicious and tons of food. We had take home containers everywhere. We even hit the early bird specials. My dinner of chicken croquettes came with mashed potatoes, soup, salad, side of broccoli, dessert and beverage for $8.95. (I honestly don't know how they can do it for so cheap). I was full after the delicious cream of chicken soup and salad. Oh and a bread basket on the table. Our server (wish I remembered her name) was fast and efficient. She didn't miss a beat. She was probably the best server I have had in a very long time. The atmosphere is simple and no frills...it is a diner don't forget. If you frequent the place you get use to the atmosphere. (It is very clean). And the best part is "Gus is back"...so you know it will be consistent.
Gus is back! On 8/13/2018 Gus and his brother bought the place back. Gone is the previous owner who ruined it. Big improvement in the food quality. Pricing is better also. Now worth the trip, it's like it used to be. Give them a second chance.
love this Diner. great food, great services!!!! Gus great guy and has this place back running like back in the day.
Amazing reboot! Just enjoyed a terrific lunch. We ordered two of the lunch specials. I had the egg white omelet with spinach, feta, onion, and tomato. It came with rye toast and a fresh fruit cup. Beautifully done and delicious. My wife had the turkey, bacon & avocado sandwich on a wonderful kaiser roll with lettuce and tomatoes. Well done French fries, cole slaw and a pickle slice completed the attractive platter. Hot, fresh coffee and a hearty, creamy New England clam chowder also were included. What a great lunch. Highly re-recommended. Welcome back Gus & his crew!!!
Wow, what a wonderful breakfast! Great prices too! The bacon came in a nice size portion and the roll was toasted really well
Great news , Gus is back thank God!He is working hard to regain his respectability after having it ruined after two months of terrible management by the previous proprietors . The word is getting out and slowly former customers are returning. The meals are as good as they once were. The service is also like it used to be.Under Gus's watchful eye and his excellent management style ,i'm sure it will be "business as usual " very soon!! I just hope he doesn't burn out in the meantime.Good luck to you Gus and God speed
Wow O Wow this is the greatest. If your even close to being in the area please stop by. Tell Gus the owner Radar told you to stop by. You we'll love every part of this place. # 1 restaurant in the USA is what I say. They treat me better then my own family. Thanks Gus and the entire staff. Ashly your the best.
A Diner For Everyone
If you are looking for a place to eat where service, quality and cost is still available then Red Lion Diner is the place to go. Their food is exceptional; taste, amount, and service cannot be beaten. Everyone in your dinner party will find what they like. This is a place that has brought the old dinner into the 21 Century.
Best diner around...
I have been here for breakfast, lunch, dinner, midnight snack. Everything I had has always been good. The waitstaff is sometimes iffy but I think only due to short staffing. I want to make clear I've never had bad service there maybe just not as attentive as normal. You get tons of food for a decent price. They always seem to be near to being packed. They have adequate parking. If you are a sweets person you must check out the dessert case when you walk in. YUMMY!!
Friendly, Fast and Great Food
Been going for over 20 years - always a great experience. My Grandmom, pickiest lady on earth, loved the Red Lion Dinner! The hostess, Joan, always has a kind word for my family.
favorite diner around
Red Lion has fantastic food at great prices. The portions are always huge and I can never finish my meal. Most of the time service is pretty quick, and if there is a lot of waiting, it's only because the diner is packed...clearly shows how popular it is.
Great for Breakfast
Best breakfast around ! The food is really good, always fresh and tasty. The dinning room is always clean and the staff is nice. Every time we go there we get a food in such a short time.
Red Lion Diner is the best
Dinner at the Red Lion The best food, great prices, outstanding service. Almost always you take home a doggie bag for a second great meal. I am a big eater and have a hard time finishing the meal. Daily dinner specials include soup (all homemade ) salad, entree, veggie and potato and dessert with beverage included and prices start around 9.00 . I had dinner last night and my bill 9.75 with tax. note you have to try the onion rings they are the best
Red Lion Diner is the Dessert Place
really good food, and volume at a reasonable price. What i really love about this place as a dessert person, is the on site bakery with the best tasting, and looking desserts. if your in the area stop by and give them a try.
I dislike fat people
The food is good , obviously by looking at the fat slobs review above this one , you can see they have been feeding her very well. Eat up chunky !
Something for Everyone
This diner has breakfast 24 hours a day, sandwiches, burgers, fish, chicken and countless other items. Get there for their early-bird special for a full-course dinner at a bargain price.
Fried flounder dinner for Lent was DELICIOUS! The waitress was wonderful, so glad to see the owner back! Clean and cheery atmosphere!
We were seated right away. The food came out fast. We had to wait a long time to get our check but other than that it was good food and service!
The food is fantastic and matched with courteous and prompt wait service. A must stop if you are hungry for good food. On the go or easy does it!
A diner with good food, generous portions and reasonably priced. Stopped for lunch and was seated right away. Our server was very personable. Food came out of the kitchen timely and hot. Plenty of parking. What more could you ask for.
It's a diner. If you want good, reliable diner food, you've selected the right place. The lunch sandwiches are fresh and filling. Additionally, they serve Hatfield's breakfast meats and cook them to perfection. Service is good and quick. I'll definitely be back.
